Asif Mirza, CEO and Founder
I have always been an entrepreneurial and driven CEO. With over 18 years of industry expertise, I have founded numerous companies in domestic and international marketplaces. My team and I take pride in being builders of innovative BPO solutions across customer care and accounts receivable management solutions. As a leader, I have a proven track record in creating dynamic, result driven teams which excel in maximizing customer experience and driving down costs. I am a proven operations strategist, able to lead complex improvement initiatives and apply solid technical, research and analytical abilities to each and every program.
Joe Di Nunzio, Executive Vice President
My goal is to leverage my strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire people to do their best work and pursue projects and goals that enable them to grow. Having been in the collection industry for more than 34 years in various executive, senior sales, and operations positions, I have the perfect experience to achieve this goal. In collaboration with our CEO, we have developed a comprehensive, inclusive plan and growth strategy. I am entrusted with C-level company strategy, involved in strategic decisions, and ensure day-to-day operations align with fulfilling the company’s and our clients’ strategic goals. Every day I am directly involved in the execution of business initiatives, and ensure key performance indicators are in place to measure performance and progress. My passion is thought leadership relative to business strategy, joint ventures, market dynamics, potential strategic partnership opportunities. I am the point-person for several Fortune 500 companies and major public sector, healthcare and utility organizations.
Rina Mancini, Executive Vice President Operations
On joining NCRi, I brought over 27 years credit, operations and C-level management expertise. Before joining the company, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to operate a successful consulting firm (360 Credit Management) for more than twelve years. I know all things customer care and accounts receivable from every aspect: strategic planning, management of retail/consumer loan credit risk, accounts receivable management, business restructuring, business process outsourcing, call center operations, training, and mentoring. I also bring expertise as a senior executive of major companies, including: Vice President, Credit Card Operations of D + H; Vice President of Credit Operations of Rogers Communications Inc., Vice President, Credit Risk of Sears Canada Bank; Assistant Vice-President of Business Information Services of Equifax Canada and Assistant Vice-President of Branch Operations of Manulife Financial. As the Executive Leader, my role oversees the company’s operations, operational efficiency initiatives, employee recruitment and employee engagement. My passion is to implement a culture of accountability, and foster an environment that makes our mission a success.
George Lirantzis, Senior Vice President of National Operations
As a leader with more than 18 years of operations management and analytic experience (Six Sigma Black Belt trained), I manage the effective performance of collection operations with a focus on developing and executing work plans that drive recoveries. Ultimately, I ensure excellence in operational efficiencies through continuous measurement and monitoring of operational performance standards, resource planning, training, and development. Prior to joining NCRi I held a number of executive roles in major Canadian companies. My career path included leadership roles in finance, credit and collections, and analytics. I am responsible for overseeing the operation of the organization focusing on daily operations of personnel.
Rick Petrella, Vice President of Technology
I bring over 23 years of senior level experience in the Telecommunications, engineering, technology, operations, and leadership areas with large corporate organizations such as Nortel Networks, Eastlink & Cogeco. Prior to joining NCRi, I held a number of Director level leadership roles and my diverse versatile skill set includes: large scale operational management roles, technology and engineering deployments, new product introduction, financial/budget control, vendor/client negotiations, team leadership and development, data analysis, change management, and establishing synergies to promote business objectives. I oversee the Technology department on a global scale, leading and overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure engineering, operations and policies. I combine a solid technical background with the ability to manage and motivate people. I am responsible for ensuring NCRi’s Technology platforms and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and I am a full member of IEEE.
Debbie Hayhow, Executive Vice President, Governance & Compliance
With over 27 years’ experience in the collection industry in C-level management roles, I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership roles. My primary focus has been on regulatory compliance, strategy, process improvement, and risk management. I am also NCRi’s Advocate/Ombudsman, and investigate, report on, and help settle complaints. My responsibilities include company governance and compliance, managing the organization’s overall governance, enterprise risk management, compliance with regulations, and building the culture and team necessary to make the organization’s mission a success.
